Mission Statement:
Lowest Fee Real Estate is proud to serve our clients with passion, dedication, commitment and respect. Our goal is to make the process of
buying or selling a home a pleasant and uncomplicated experience with dedicated representation.
Lowest Fee was introduced to the market in 2003. The company was started by Jason Scott and Michael Holmes who had been agents with a large
traditional real estate firm.
Both Jason and Michael realized that the future of real estate was moving in a new, more contemporary direction that utilized technology and
passed along the savings to consumers.
A compelling business model was created that would rightfully offer the buying and selling public an alternative to standard high commission
fees, accepted for decades without choice.
The founders knew from experience that the tremendous savings made possible by new technological advances within the industry had not been
passed down or shared with buyers and sellers. This awareness sparked the concept in Lowest Fee's founders to create a business that not
only offered a discount but bundled these lower commission fees with highly valuable tools along with dedicated service.
Our financially-rewarded clients prove that Lowest Fee does have the right idea and we continue to pursue this goal while Lowest Fee becomes
the agency name on the minds of savvy consumers everywhere.
